We offer personalized support to people with intellectual disabilities so that they can develop their skills and have access to decent job opportunities both in ordinary companies and in our Special Employment Center.
Orientation
We help people with intellectual disabilities define their future employment by offering them support, advice and personalized guidance, thus strengthening their personal and social autonomy.
Premature aging
People with intellectual disabilities often experience premature aging, which requires specific planning to ensure their well-being and quality of life.
This program, aimed at workers over 45 years of age who are part of the Special Employment Center (CET), is designed to guarantee a dignified transition to retirement through training and support tools.
Self-managers
This group gives a voice to people with disabilities, promoting their autonomy and active participation in decisions that affect their lives.
Through group sessions, social, communication and leadership skills are worked on to strengthen their ability to express themselves and make decisions with confidence.
Training
We provide training programs for people with disabilities aimed at providing the skills, competencies and knowledge necessary to enter the world of work with confidence and prepared to face market demands.
Comprehensive Guidance, Accompaniment and Support Services Program for the employment of people with disabilities or mental health disorders through personalized support, guidance and training.
Are you young, disabled and looking for work? Dual Vocational Training combines theoretical training with a paid one-year internship contract in a company.
Official courses that prepare students to work in auxiliary business activities or in cleaning surfaces and furniture in buildings and premises. They combine theoretical training and practical work in a company.
Digital skills training for women who want to improve their job opportunities. The aim is to reduce gender gaps and promote women's participation in this sector.
Training for people with disabilities who have difficulty finding work. The program focuses on improving basic and professional skills to promote job placement.
Occupation
Work is key to full inclusion. At the Guidance, Training and Employment Service we offer the necessary support to people with intellectual disabilities to facilitate their integration both in the Special Employment Centre and in ordinary companies.
Special Work Center
We offer decent job opportunities to people with disabilities through 9 lines of our own activity adapted to different profiles and needs. A Multidisciplinary Support Team (EMS) offers them personalized support to promote their labor and social integration.
Ordinary Company
In addition to the opportunities at the Special Employment Center, we also support people with intellectual disabilities who work in ordinary companies. Through supported employment, we offer personalized support to facilitate their integration and promote autonomy in their work tasks.

The guidance service helps people identify their capabilities, interests and skills, accompanying them on the path to integration and in the stages of change through information, advice and motivation.

Comprehensive Guidance, Accompaniment and Support Services Program for the Integration of People with Disabilities or Mental Health Disorders (SIOAS). Designed to promote the integration of people with disabilities or mental health disorders into the workforce.
The person has personalized support to define their professional project and develop key skills with the aim of finding a job.

Do you have a disability and are you looking for work? Dual Occupational Vocational Training programs combine theoretical training in educational centers and a paid internship contract in a company lasting one year.
What will you learn?
- Organization and planning: You will learn to manage tasks in an orderly and efficient manner.
- Technical skills and use of equipment: You will master specific techniques following safety and quality regulations.
- Interpersonal skills and customer service: Skills to provide a friendly and professional service.
This modality facilitates adaptation to the work environment through personalized support and an adapted work environment.
Certificate of Professionalism – Auxiliary trade activities
This certificate qualifies participants to work in commercial establishments as a sales assistant, stocker or in logistics tasks, providing a solid foundation to begin or consolidate their professional career in the retail sector.
What will you learn?
- Organization and replenishment of products: you will learn how to place, replenish and label goods following quality criteria and established regulations.
- Customer service: you will develop skills to offer a close and professional service adapted to customer needs.
- Warehouse management: basic processes of receiving, storing and preparing orders.
Theoretical training: 230h.
Internships: 40 hours.

Certificate of Professionalism – Cleaning of surfaces and furniture in buildings and premises
The training qualifies students to work in cleaning services for buildings, offices, shopping centers, schools and other public spaces, providing a solid foundation for accessing a profession with high demand for professionals.
What will you learn?
- Cleaning techniques: knowledge and application of appropriate techniques for cleaning surfaces and furniture.
- Use of products and machinery: training in the handling of chemical products and the use of professional cleaning equipment, respecting safety and environmental regulations.
- Organization and planning: you will learn to manage tasks in an orderly and efficient manner, prioritizing the needs of each environment.
Theoretical training: 210h.
Internships: 80 hours.
Essential knowledge to improve digital skills and facilitate access to the labor market with the aim of reducing the gender gap and promoting the participation of women in emerging technology sectors.
- Search and management of digital information (40h)
- You will learn how to search the internet, save and manage digital information to retrieve it effectively.
- Introduction to computing and basic digital skills for employment (40h)
- Learn to use the computer to search for and manage information, work with basic office programs and acquire essential technological skills.
Training for people with a disability certificate who have special difficulties accessing the labor market.
This program helps develop basic and professional skills, improving the chances of finding a job and facilitating access to the world of work.

Special Work Center
At the Special Work Center we create decent job opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities through 9 lines of our own activity, each adapted to different profiles and job needs.
We provide a protected work environment where people can develop their capabilities and skills. We select staff in each line taking into account their individual abilities so that each person can perform at their best and feel valued.
The tasks are carried out with the guidance of the Multidisciplinary Support Team (EMS), a group of professionals that offers personalized support for people with disabilities who work at the center to facilitate their work and social integration.
Ordinary Company
In addition to the opportunities at the Special Employment Center, we also offer support to people with intellectual disabilities who work in ordinary companies. Through supported employment, we offer personalized support to facilitate your integration into the company and carry out your tasks autonomously.
This support includes training, ongoing advice and assistance to resolve possible difficulties that may arise in the workplace.
