Our day care centers in Girona and Llagostera provide ongoing support and enriching activities that promote social opportunities, integration and autonomy for people with intellectual disabilities.
Through person-centered planning , we design personalized and supportive activities to enhance their autonomy, promote their participation in the community and improve their quality of life, while respecting their interests and personal goals.
We offer spaces to grow, share and live fully.
Services for adults
Occupational Therapy Service
Occupational Therapy is a service aimed at developing, enhancing and maintaining the capacities and skills of adults with intellectual disabilities.
Specialized Care
The Specialized Care service is aimed at adults with intellectual disabilities who need extensive and generalized support for activities of daily living.
Leisure and sports service
The leisure and sports program of the Ramon Noguera Foundation promotes the active participation of people with intellectual disabilities in leisure activities.
These activities are designed to encourage their active participation, promoting emotional well-being, socialization and autonomy.
Leisure
Activity within the Special Stages project. The activity ends with final performances between May and June.
Location: Barri Vell Mercadal Civic Center.
Hours: Tuesday from 5:45 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Location: Cassà de la Selva Retirement Home.
Hours: Friday from 9:45 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Activities organized according to the interests of the participants, with a quarterly frequency.
Hours: Saturdays (according to calendar) from 10am to 7pm approx.

Sport
He plays in the Territorial League of the Girona Counties with Girona EFS Ramon Noguera with matches one Sunday a month. He participates in the MIC Integra tournament and the Emporion Cup.
Location: Migdia School court (Girona).
Hours: Monday from 6:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.

For adults with intellectual disabilities, based on living centers that offer different intensities of support according to the needs of each individual.
Residences
Safe and welcoming homes for people with extensive and/or generalized support needs who have 24-hour care.
Nursing homes
Coexistence spaces where adults share the home in a welcoming environment adapted to their needs.
Autonomy in one's own home
Resource aimed at people who live in their own home independently, alone or accompanied, who are offered support to promote independent living and social inclusion.

Occupational Therapy Service (STO)
The Occupational Therapy Service of the Fundació Ramon Noguera Group, with centers in Girona and Llagostera, offers a person-centered care service designed to enhance and maintain the physical, cognitive and social capabilities and skills of people with intellectual disabilities.
The service focuses on personal enrichment and improving the quality of life of users through a wide variety of activities.
Specialized Care Center (CAE)
The day center for people with intellectual disabilities of the Ramon Noguera Foundation in Girona provides specialized care to adults who require extensive and generalized support.
Inclusive leisure activities
At the Foundation we never stop! We firmly believe in the importance of leisure for the personal and social development of all people. Our inclusive leisure activities are designed to promote the full participation of people with intellectual disabilities in leisure and sports activities, contributing to their emotional and social well-being.

Total residential care
The residential care service in Girona is based on residential centers where different levels of support are provided, meeting the individual needs of users.
In our residences we offer comprehensive care. We do this in an adapted environment where our team of professionals works to guarantee an environment as similar as possible to a family home, promoting their autonomy as much as possible. This includes medical care, leisure activities and personalized support for each of the residents, providing specialized care centered on the person.
We encourage the active participation of residents in the community through various activities and outings, which help maintain a vital connection with the environment and promote their health and quality of life.
Home Support
The Home Support service of the Ramon Noguera Foundation is designed to offer assistance to people with intellectual disabilities who live in their own home, independently or in small living units, in order to ensure that they can enjoy an autonomous and full life.
We offer them the necessary support to remain in their own environment safely and satisfactorily, promoting their social inclusion.
