Supporting a person with intellectual disability or developmental disorders not only involves the person being cared for, but also their family and/or assistant.
At the Ramon Noguera Foundation we offer support spaces where you can find resources and guidance to face each stage with more security and confidence.
Specialized talks
Taught by professionals from different health fields who resolve doubts and offer useful tools.
Support groups
We organize small meeting spaces where families can share experiences and find guidance.

Inclusive leisure activities
At the Foundation we never stop! We firmly believe in the importance of leisure for the personal and social development of all people. Our inclusive leisure activities are designed to promote the full participation of people with intellectual disabilities in leisure and sports activities, contributing to their emotional and social well-being.
Activities for adults with intellectual disabilities
Leisure
Activity within the Special Stages project. The activity ends with final performances between May and June.
Location: Barri Vell Mercadal Civic Center.
Hours: Tuesday from 5:45 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Location: Cassà de la Selva Retirement Home.
Hours: Friday from 9:45 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Activities organized according to the interests of the participants, with a quarterly frequency.
Hours: Saturdays (according to calendar) from 10am to 7pm approx.

Sport
He plays in the Territorial League of the Girona Counties with Girona EFS Ramon Noguera with matches one Sunday a month. He participates in the MIC Integra tournament and the Emporion Cup.
Location: Migdia School court (Girona).
Hours: Monday from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Come play with the Integra team from Base Llagostera.
Location: Base Llagostera football field.
Hours: Monday from 6pm to 7pm.
He plays in the Territorial League of the Girona Counties and participates in a tournament one Sunday a month.
Location: Santa Eugenia pavilion.
Hours: Tuesday from 6pm to 7pm.
Guided aerobics classes based on dance routines of different intensities.
Location: Montilivi Occupational Center.
Hours: Tuesday from 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.
