Who are we?
The Ramon Noguera Foundation Group is a non-profit social organization with 60 years of history that accompanies people with intellectual disabilities at all stages of their lives. We are dedicated to promoting social inclusion and defending the rights of people with intellectual disabilities, offering a wide range of care services.
We offer support from childhood to old age, with child and adult care services, occupational therapy, residences, day centers, and the promotion of autonomy at home. In addition, we promote job insertion through an entrepreneurship service, ensuring job opportunities for everyone.
Committed to defending rights
We are committed to defending the rights of people with intellectual disabilities, working to ensure that they are respected and valued in society.
We work to improve the quality of life
Through the creation and management of services and job opportunities, contributing to a more inclusive and equitable future
Emotional well-being and autonomy
We foster the autonomy and social inclusion of people by offering support and resources that promote their independence and active participation in the community.
Mission
Our mission is to work to guarantee the rights of people with intellectual disabilities and improve their quality of life, and that of their families, as well as that of children who present difficulties in their development, to contribute to the creation of a more supportive and inclusive society.
Vision
Referent
We aspire to consolidate ourselves as a leading social entity, recognized both in the regions of Girona and throughout the country, for our historical trajectory, the quality of our work and the strength of our values.
Comprehensive service
We want to offer a comprehensive service based on the Person-Centered Care model, from childhood to old age, focused on the life paths of people with disabilities and the families we care for and support.
Alliances
We work collaboratively and establish networks and strategic alliances with companies, public administrations and other social entities in order to achieve greater social impact.
Our values
Commitment
Our commitment is evident in the 60 years of continuous care for people with disabilities and their families, as well as in the daily effort made by our professionals and patrons, in the integrity with which we make decisions and manage our resources and in the spirit of service that characterizes our entity.
Innovation
Since our origins in the 1960s, we have always been a dynamic and proactive organization. We are constantly looking for new ways to better meet the needs of people with disabilities and their families.
Cooperation
We are aware that success in an organization is always a collective result. Internally, we believe in teamwork and promote transversality and maximum interaction between management and operational areas. Externally, we have an open and collaborative attitude, always looking for opportunities to work together with other companies, administrations and social entities.
Trust
Nothing we do would make sense if it didn't help us gain the trust of our stakeholders. Starting with the respect, vocational character and professionalism with which we treat the users and beneficiaries of our services and their families, and continuing with the quality and good management with the rest of the groups: workers, collaborating companies, public administrations and civil society institutions.
Entrepreneurship
We create job opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities through social enterprise, generating the necessary resources to develop our activities and acting efficiently, effectively and responsibly towards people and the environment.
