This January we launched a new Dual Occupational Professional Training program (FPO DUAL) that offers students the possibility of combining theoretical training and paid work in the company, thus acquiring the necessary skills to succeed in the workplace.
The training, open to people with a disability certificate over the age of 16, begins this January at our facilities at Carrer Indústria, 16 in Girona (17005) and will last until December 2025. In this first edition, the specialties offered are:
- · Sales assistant: participants will learn everything they need to know about managing and organizing businesses, from customer service to stock management and sales, learning to perform tasks typical of a dynamic and demanding commercial environment.
· Cleaning of surfaces and furniture in buildings and premises: in this modality, participants will acquire knowledge in the cleaning and maintenance of surfaces, both in private spaces and in spaces for public use, following safety and quality protocols.
What will you learn?
Through the combination of theoretical training in educational centers and a year of paid internships in companies, you will be able to:
· Acquire specific technical skills in the areas of commerce or cleaning, as well as organizational and task management skills.
· Improve interpersonal and communication skills , essential for relationships with customers and for teamwork in any work environment.
· Obtain real experience in a workplace , with the support and supervision of professionals in the sector.

In addition to theoretical training, throughout the process students will receive personalized support from our multidisciplinary team that will help them adapt to the world of work.
Dual training guarantees total immersion in the world of work, offering students the opportunity to live a real experience that allows them to acquire new knowledge and skills on site. This program not only ensures that students can develop their skills but also improve their personal autonomy thanks to a paid contract in the company.
