We are now expanding the direct care team to work in the home service for people with intellectual disabilities (GIRONA) – Afternoon hours + 1-2 weekends per month.
Your tasks will be:
– Carry out the activities of the individual support plan, maintaining the objective of promoting the well-being, autonomy and improvement of the quality of life of each of the assigned users.
– Supervise and accompany the different tasks of the daily life of the user with intellectual disability (clothing, food, leisure, activities, outings, etc.).
– Participation in the treatment programs established by the technical team in the psychological, social and health area.
– Act as an interlocutor between the user and society with the aim of promoting maximum user integration.
– Ensure the safety of each user.
– Responsible for completing and reading mandatory daily records.
Minimum requirements:
– A training cycle qualification in the social field is essential.
– It is essential to have a driving license.
– Reside in the province of Girona.
Required languages:
– Catalan: Native or Bilingual Level
– Spanish: Native or Bilingual Level
Hours:
– Evenings and weekends according to schedule.
