On December 3 was held on World Disability Day. This year DINCAT proposed and read a manifesto delivered to the municipal authorities of each provincial council of Catalonia, and to match events in the four provinces.
In the city of Girona, this honor went to the self-governing group Clover Foundation Ramon Noguera, and the group autopod, Astrid 21, who were accompanied by the delegate of territorial DINCAT, Hidden Salvi, also president of the Ramon Noguera Foundation.
