On February 14, 2022, the project "Commerce, a generator of employment", subsidized by the Once Foundation, began.

This project consists of the accompaniment and individual monitoring of 10 people with intellectual disabilities in the process of training and non-work placements in the field of trade and customer service.

The program aims at the personal development of the participants and the acquisition of knowledge, skills and competencies that are put into play in the job search process.

As of May 6, the 10 students have been completing a total of 200 hours of theoretical training as a sales assistant. Today they are doing non-work placements in a company, which will allow them to develop the professional skills learned in theoretical training.
