The Tasting Workshop: more than a gastronomic space
The Tasting Workshop is not only a place to enjoy a good meal, but also a project with a strong social impact, as it is part of the initiatives of the Ramon Noguera Foundation to promote the training and employment inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities in the hospitality industry.
This project allows our trainee professionals to develop skills in customer service, table service and meal preparation, while offering a quality culinary experience to all who visit us.
With "El Plat del Dia" we reinforce this commitment, offering a healthy, balanced lunch option at an affordable price from Monday to Friday, without sacrificing flavor or quality.
What does "The Dish of the Day" include?
Every lunchtime, from Monday to Friday, at the Tasting Workshop you can enjoy a complete and varied meal that includes:
· Fresh salad, to whet your appetite with a light and different option every day.
· Dish of the day, cooked with quality ingredients and following homemade recipes.
· Desserts, to sweeten the meal with a special touch.
· Water.
The dishes are renewed daily to offer a varied, healthy and delicious gastronomic experience.

Each dish is an opportunity for learning and growth for people who train in the catering sector at the Foundation's cafeteria. Through this experience, they acquire practical knowledge, improve their autonomy and integrate into the job market, promoting their social inclusion.
