In the framework of the CaixaBank Social Week promoted by CaixaBank, 250 employees of CaixaBank in the counties of Girona participate in one of the 121 activities proposed by 45 social entities of the demarcation
Within the framework of the CaixaBank Social Week, about twenty volunteer employees of the entity shared yesterday afternoon doing crafts for Temps de Flors with users of the Ramon Noguera Foundation, specifically in the occupational center of Girona. This activity is one of the 121 programmed during this week in the demarcation of Girona in the framework of the CaixaBank Social Week, which aims to enable employees, family and clients to know first hand the work carried out by the entities Local companies linked to "la Caixa" Welfare Projects.
CaixaBank volunteers valued very positively the activity, which is one of the ones with the most participation during the Social Week. The collaborations with the social entities of the province continue throughout the week to the main municipalities of the demarcation. In fact, the craft work in which the volunteers were collaborating, is a floral-inspired cardboard material that will later be used to decorate the CaixaForum and the offices of CaixaBank in Girona during the exhibition Temps de Flowers
The Social Week is held between April 7 and 15 throughout Spain. During these nine days, one of every four CaixaBank employees, the "la Caixa" Bank Foundation, CriteriaCaixa and subsidiaries will participate, voluntarily, in some of the 3,500 activities that 1,500 local social entities have made available to all the provinces of Spain. Also, as a novelty for this edition, employees can invite clients to accompany them and participate in any of the voluntary activities carried out thanks to the help of "la Caixa" Welfare Projects. Specifically, in Girona, employees who join this solidarity initiative may participate in any of the 121 activities proposed by 45 local social entities.
