Let's start 2022 with a beautiful artistic calendar!
Every month there is a painting made by some of the people who are users of our services and who attend, from the Foundation's sports and leisure program, as students at the Pere Mayol Municipal School of Art in Llagostera. . We have great artists in this town!
The Pere Mayol Municipal Art School is one of the oldest art schools in the province. Born in 1892, it has not ceased its activity since then. It is currently located in the Casa de les Vídues cultural center, a space for training, creation and artistic activity open to the general public, which energizes the town and its immediate surroundings.
The authors of the calendar works attend the art classroom for people with special educational needs, a classroom of artistic experimentation where boys and girls can develop freely in order to express themselves through the 'art and channel sensations and emotions.
And the result of all this work can be seen reflected in our calendar.
