From October 3 to 15, in the framework of the Erasmus + SEIS project of entrepreneurship and innovative solutions , we welcomed our organization to one of the partners of the project, Mr. Roberto Marcet, director of the South Bridge Association of Paraguay.
This host was part of a job shadowing activity with the aim of offering an opportunity to improve communication among partner organizations and encourage the continuous improvement of networking. It was also an opportunity to share good practices and experience, and allowed workers from both organizations to see their work from another point of view.
During his stay, Roberto Marcet had the opportunity to get first-hand knowledge of the services and centers of Grup Fundació Ramon Noguera and talk with the professionals involved. Meetings and visits were also organized with external stakeholders such as ECOSOL (Càritas insertion company), Project Mixtura (from the Azahara association), The UdG's RSU Chair, the Espai Jove Station of the Girona City Council and the General Directorate of Youth and the Catalan Youth Agency through the technical staff at the headquarters of the Generalitat in Girona. We all thank you very much for your time and shared knowledge during the exchange.
During the month of November, we will be a technician of our entity that will travel to one of the partner entities located in Uruguay. We will inform and explain this new experience.
