The third sector Girona dedicated to the social economy grouped in cluster success defended the importance of employment and the right of organizations to choose how they want to be represented at a conference held on 18 November under the name of "the tandem Representation of Reality-sector special difficulty in Catalonia." These areas focused the annual conference of the association, which exceeded the 150 attendees.
Girona new entities comprising the cluster Success, which was established as an association in order to make it strong and competitive sector of the social economy and the urban area of Girona in Girona. Its members are the foundations Drissa Foundation, Foundation Ramon Noguera, Ecosol Astrid 21, The Reeds, Trekking Foundation Onyar-La Selva, EI outbreak and Mifas. Under the umbrella of this association are special employment centers and employment agencies which are aimed at people with intellectual or physical disabilities, mental illness and at risk of social exclusion.
Until 31 December 2015, 1,795 people were attended at risk of exclusion from the labor service to new social organizations Cluster Success; 880 labor contracts were completed and billed 15 million euros. From the Association noted that these figures do not include professional support in the workplace or other action lines of the organizations that have nothing to do with employment.
In addition to defending the employment, the conference also wanted to provide a space for knowledge of who they are and what they do social institutions which are developing regional action directly with the users and managers to coordinate federal -the , represent and defend the interests of the organizations working on the ground. One of the topics discussed yesterday, among others, was how to make regional organizations can benefit most of all that work at higher levels.
