Presentation of results of the Easycooking project

PROJECT

As we have already explained to you in recent months, EASYCOOKING is a European project co-funded by the ERASMUS + program of the EC, where we have been working in the last 18 months with member organizations of Europe (VTC Margarita, EPSYME, Harokopio University of Greece and Organization Earth of Greece, ARCIL of Portugal and Orchardville of Northern Ireland). EASYCOOKING's goal was to co-produce an easy cookbook book and improve the autonomy of people with intellectual disabilities through easy-to-eat cooking and small-scale food training sessions.

Well, the time has come to finish the project, explain the experience and present the results. All this is planned for a brief day that will take place on Thursday, July 11 at 10:30 p.m. at La Rosaleda Garden Tasting.

PROGRAM

The program of the day will be the following:

- Presentation of the EASYCOOKING project

- Presentation of the results (cookbook and trainer's manual)

- Delivery of the cookbook to the participants of the project

- Draw a kitchen book

- Snack
