On December 3 was held on World Disability Day. This year DINCAT proposed and read a manifesto delivered to the municipal authorities of each provincial council of Catalonia, and to match events in the four provinces.

Athletes Foundation Ramon Noguera to Special Olympics
Three basketball players of the Foundation Ramon Noguera were selected and participated in the 2016 Special Olympics: two in men's team Cataluña Bucks (Toni Navas and Javier Sanchez) and the women's team Wizards Cataluña (the Anna laughs).
Held the 11th Volunteer Night in Girona
On Friday November 18th was held 11th Night of the Volunteering Municipal Sports Pavilion Girona-Fontajau, which was organized by the Catalan Federation of Social Volunteering. Representatives and volunteers of the Foundation Ramon Noguera also attended.
IV Conference of the Association Cluster Success Girona
The third sector Girona dedicated to the social economy grouped in cluster success defended the importance of employment and the right of organizations to choose how they want to be represented at a conference held on 18 November under the name "the binomial Representation Reality-sector special difficulties in Catalonia"
