doors with renewed facilities and an innovative technology that allows 85% of the water to be recovered

Closed for the last two months for improvements, it has a pioneering system that offers
more efficient and ecological washes from the use of Green Car Care, a range of products easily
degradable with a fully sustainable value chain. The materials used are respectful of
people and the environment, allow their consumption to be optimized to the maximum, their transport volumes have
reduced from a high concentration and with its manufacture it opts for a 'zero waste' strategy that allows
reduce waste systematically.
The comprehensive improvement of this infrastructure in Girona is added to the
renovation that took place last year on the train intended for the cleaning and disinfection of cars and large vehicles
dimensions located in the industrial estate of Montfullà (Bescanó), with the implementation of a new washing service
high pressure
With the desire to generate employment for people with disabilities in the Girona counties, the Foundation
Ramon Noguera attaches importance to the growth of his business lines and has reopened the installation of
Mas Xirgu putting a train back into operation that accounts for around 35,000 washes each year, which gives
employs more than twenty workers and that began its activity two decades ago, in 2003. It has
using an innovative technological improvement that has a direct economic and social impact because it generates employment
in the territory and at the same time takes care of the environment.
The 'lafundació' washing line offers a wide range of washing and services, from cleaning the outside of the
car in the same washing tunnel, until the vacuuming of the interior of the vehicle and the cleaning of windows and rims. It's also there
carry out ozone treatments, an element that is applied inside the car to deodorize and disinfect it,
acting against viruses, bacteria, fungi, volatile organic compounds and odors. As the main novelties, the installation
has osmotized water (with a low concentration of minerals, which prevents water stains in the car during
drying), a pre-wash program that prevents and repels insects, two extra brushes for cleaning
more accurate, a fast and efficient high-pressure system, the RainTecs program (improves the result on time
to dry the vehicle from a great ability to repel water), Foaemsensation and lightShow (effect
of foam and body lights), a foam rim cleaner and an extra chemical drying program.

As for the Montfullà facility, large-volume vehicles such as buses can also be cleaned there,
trucks, trailers, tank trucks and refrigerated trucks. Apart from interior and exterior washing, there is the possibility
also to disinfect the vehicle box and treat the cabin with ozone. About 10,000 vehicles pass through it every year
and opened in 2011.
Pepita Perich, managing director of the Ramon Noguera Foundation Group, states that the Mas Xirgu car wash
"it is a clear example of business success that employs a team of 40 people. The great acceptance of ours
washing line over the years has allowed us to carry out these new installations, equipped with a
pioneering technology that allows to offer a better service to the customer". He adds that "we are very clear that this project has
a positive social impact on people and also on the environment. For example, a very relevant aspect i
especially considering the context of crisis in which we are immersed in terms of the drought, is that the new train
of washing makes it possible to recover 85% of the water it uses".
