Six collections, six renowned women
Coco, inspired by the figure of the elegant Coco Chanel (1883-1971), French haute couturier designer and founder of the Chanel brand, is a sophisticated collection that claims the pearl as the unifying shaft of elegance. It is presented in two variants. The first one is more classic and delicacy and silver predominate as outstanding material. The other one is more violent with contrasts of black and white, both characteristic of the designer.
The Indira collection is a tribute to the figure of Indira Gandhi (1917-1984), the first woman to be named Prime Minister in India. The harmonic mixture of colors and materials that make up each piece evokes natural elements such as earth, the sun and the mountains. The collection is ideal for lovers of the most exotic. They are pieces with lots of lightness that give a touch of life to those who look at them.
The figure of Maria Callas (1923-1977), considered the best known opera singer of the 20th century, gives name and style to the Callas collection. Each jewel has its own light and, with the pieces of glass that make them, remember a sprout of grapes. The organdí brings to the pieces of the collection a touch of sobriety and elegance that causes each jewel to divide art and life as a show of colors.
The jewels dedicated to Marie Curie (1867-1934), the pioneer scientist in the field of radioactivity and the first person to receive two Nobel prizes (Physics and Chemistry), are the most important ones this year, the Ramon Noguera Foundation. The Marie collection risks and breaks stereotypes combining materials that are not common in jewelry and jewelry, such as mechanical parts. The result is some jewels that are strong and inventive.
The Valentina collection is inspired by the first civilian woman flying in space, Valentina Tereshkova (1937). Russian engineer and cosmonaut names a set of jewels made with different materials, colors and shapes that represent the birth of life with a universe full of stars.
Audrey by Mariona Quera is the jewels line that Gerona's jewelery and gemmologist has produced, Mariona Quera, by Pere Quera Joiers. He is inspired by Haudrey Hepburn (1929-1993), the actress and model of European origin, ambassador of UNICEF and protagonist of films known throughout the world as "Breakfast at Tiffany's." It is a series of silver pendants with geometric shapes such as diamond, hexagon, spiral, flower and tear. All are simple, portable and elegant but discrete.
