The first annual publication of this 2024 collects relevant information, innovative projects and figures of interest to all users, families and collaborators of the Fundació.
It involves a compilation of the latest innovation, quality and environmental management projects at a time of extreme drought in Girona as well as economic data, the number and places of origin of children and adults plus key details of each centre.
It also offers a global view of all the services that are promoted day by day by the Fundació, in the business, social and entrepreneurship fields, from each of which the labor and social inclusion of people is strongly promoted for all users.
Along these lines, we will tell you that we closed 2023 with 437 workers, 51% of which have some sort of disability. But not only that, but we have also approached the figure of 2000 people (between children and adults) whom we attend from the People Care Areas and the Entrepreneurship for Employment Area .
This 2023 we have continued working on the construction of the new residential facility in Sant Daniel. At the same time, given the need for residential care homes, we have made a first technical study for the construction of a new Day Care Center on Carrer Saragossa in Girona.
Once again, the report clearly presents the ongoing path of the Fundació. It helps us weigh up and review our strategic plan and encourages us to continue working for a fairer and more inclusive future.
