New Board of Directors of the Business Association of Social Economy DINCAT

On November 2 the Business Association of Social Economy Dincat (AEES) held an Extraordinary Assembly of Partners for the election of a new board of directors. During the Assembly, attended by 90 entities, the closure of the legislature of the outgoing Board of Directors was proceeded, presenting the economic and activity balance and thanking and recognizing to all its members the important work carried out during the last years.

Next, the new candidature was presented to the Board of Directors, which was chosen by 231 votes in favor, 54 against, 22 abstentions and 1 blank vote. The managing director of the Ramon Noguera Foundation, Pepita Perich, was appointed Secretary of the new Board of Directors, which is composed of the following members:

Among the areas to work for this new board are support for entities; the analysis and negotiation of collective agreements; the development of proposals for the new labor, welfare and educational models; the financing (concerted action, subsidies and public procurement); the representation, the leadership of the sector and the political and social impact; training; the promotion of participation and the synergies between entities; the promotion of technologies as tools to improve the services provided.

All these areas will be worked out transparently and openly and participatively, improving the internal working dynamics with AEES associates and making an external impact sharing relevant information in the sector.
