I say it is expected a lip dub competition between the centers of the Group FRN, where each will try to show their workplace to others. "That will be fun," I think. The Special Employment Centre is invited to participate in the competition, and the USAP team are responsible for organizing it.
Oh my God !!! This is no longer so funny ... What makes me nervous, what stress ... How do we do? Workers want to participate? like film? It should be followed? What music will? How to organize sections with different schedules so we have? What say the heads of section? Want to participate? Out well? I leave I ?? We fool ??? I am ashamed to leave !!! Buf ... This is very complicated. Anyway...

First step: it is essential to choose a music dilemma ... Solution: Make a referendum (which are now so popular, it can be less). The song chosen is "Invencibles" The group Catarres a happy song, rhythm that engages, and a message that identifies us: together we go further. Awarded!
Second step: organization. Should be encouraged and encourage everyone to participate, make a script, look for a camera that can shoot someone and prepare a choreography, considering the special effects award the roles of each actor-worker, arrange schedules ... at this point, I have to mention Karulina.com worked selflessly in the more technical aspects of the recording.
Third step: we will shoot! What nerves, excitement, fun, companionship, laughter, entertainment ... Another time, repeat! This is good!
Fourth step: final assembly. Here professional matter: Karulina and Ida. The result is spectacular. We like very much. All the nerves passed, but also a good time recording summarized in 3ཤ minutes for the work that transmit joy, good cheer with classmates / will work, heads, illusion. There have been a total of 42 participants and a lot of feelings difficult to explain with words!
The big day: voting to decide the winner between lip dub a total of six participants. All are very well made, it shows the spirit of each center, each person who participates, hours spent, the illusion. They convey feelings and emotions without losing the fun part, which will be difficult to decide on one!
And the winner is (intensify): The Centre for Work with "Invencibles"! I can not believe I'm excited! Even I llagrimeta efforts to conceal some small jumps ... Now I play to keep the secret, because until the day of the festival will not reveal the winner. That is not difficult to explain. Now I think that we will invest the prize: € 2,000 to spend on equipment for the center.
All lip dub deserved win, all were made with enthusiasm, enthusiasm, teamwork. It took a decided ... We are the winners. "Invencibles", the title was an omen? And the refrain: "together we go further." Together, together ... Why not enjoy the prize together?
The day of the party, announced the winner and total euphoria among the team of the Special Employment Centre. Then the surprise comes when the other participants know they will also receive a prize cake. So said and done! Distribute the prize: € 1000 per truck for us and the rest to be distributed!
The award has been invested in children's play center for early care, a stereo, some small appliances, a television, a camera, a walkie talkie and a projection screen, among others.
