Yesterday, November 30, the Ramon Noguera Foundation's Family Day was held.
The event began with the presence of the president Salvi Amagat and Eva Pla president of the Angelus Association.
Glòria Prunell, Mercè Mir and Elisabet Fornells, community and technical representatives of the People's Care Service (Social Rights Department) participated.
They talked about the dependency law and its importance for the collective, because it recognizes as a universal right the promotion of autonomy and care for people in a situation of dependency. They note all the progress that has been made and what still remains to be done.
Andreu Gatuellas, registered psychologist and specialist in personal resilience and psycho-emotional well-being, also participated in the conference, and spoke about the importance of exercising to change your mood, as well as some techniques to reduce 'anxiety and thus avoid panic attacks.
