The Mas Xirgu Private Foundation, within the framework of the UNO A UNO project of FUNDACION ONCE, which aims to strengthen the employability of people with disabilities, has been able to teach a 260-hour training program, aimed at 10 students with disability The program has been intended to promote work skills and competences, as well as to specifically prepare the people participating in the development of a trade assistant professional activity with the aim of inserting them into the world of work. This action has made it easier for 100% of the students to do work placements related to business activity, and has generated three job placements in ordinary companies.
