From 14 to 16 June was held in Belfast International Congress supported employment "Employment for All - Global Perspective." The conference was organized by EUSES (European Association of Supported Employment), EASPD (European Association of Service Providers for Persons with Disabilities) and NIUSE (Association of Northern Ireland supported employment) and was the first of this kind worldwide.
The event was attended by over 650 participants who had the opportunity to hear best practices, case studies, experiences, etc. about four topics: "Right to work", "Economics and Business", "Tools and methods" and "Political and legal framework." In the last axis, the Foundation Ramon Noguera, along with two banks of Girona, Educational Platform Foundation and protection of Girona, presented a paper entitled " Work protected - challenges and opportunities in a context of socio-economic change " in which was highlighted in the European context, Spanish and Catalan current success of the Catalan model sheltered workshops for people with special difficulties but also the current challenges to be faced. Ester Triadó Aulin and Montse were responsible for representing our organization, given that comprise the area of social innovation Foundation Ramon Noguera.
