On June 16, a music concert took place starring the people who have been doing the music workshop "Listen, discover and create your music", an activity offered by the CaixaFòrum Girona of the "Fundació la Caixa".
In total, 20 users of our residences in Fontajau and Sarrià, and the occupational centers of Montilivi and Llagostera were able to enjoy this workshop that sought to highlight the power of music as an educational tool and social integration.
It was a workshop made by and with people with intellectual disabilities accompanied by two musicians during 7 sessions of learning, creation and musical participation that concluded with a final concert open to the families of the boys and girls.
The users who carried out this activity did so by their own decision, because they like music and it motivates them to do a workshop of this type. They were able to play different instruments, sing and even dance.
