Last Thursday, March 30, we launched the 2023 Family Program.
From the Ramon Noguera Foundation, every year we meet to present the Family Program. This year the talk "How we support people in their life journeys" was given by the psycho-pedagogical area of the foundation.
Carme and Yolanda explained the work methodology (Person Centered Planning) and lots of practical examples of panels and interactive maps that are used with the people in care.
