At the Ramon Noguera Foundation we firmly believe in the need to adapt to the new times in order to continue offering quality services to people with intellectual disabilities and children with developmental disorders. For this reason, from the year 2023, we are developing the "ICT resources to promote digital transformation" project, an initiative aimed at promoting the improvement of the daily activity of our professional teams and improving the response addressed to the users.
Digitization, a process of evolution and necessary change
This project was born with the aim of strengthening our mission as a socially responsible and inclusive organization, accepting the challenge of digitization as a key step to adapt to current needs. The renewal of computer equipment and the implementation of new digital management tools are transforming the way we work, facilitating our technical teams to intervene more effectively and adapted to the specific needs of each person.
Thanks to this transformation, we are significantly improving the quality of the services we offer at our centers and services in Gironès. This implies a tangible improvement in the quality of life of the users, responding in a more personalized and agile way to their challenges and needs.
A project with social impact and institutional support
The project, which has funding from the Diputació de Girona, is in its final phase, with the installation and development of the latest digital tools and equipment. This support allows us to continue moving towards a more supportive and inclusive society, where people with intellectual disabilities and their families feel fully supported.
With this commitment to digital transformation, we reaffirm our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation at the service of people.
