The Success Cluster "Training Point Incorporation" project is part of the Incorpora program of Obra Social "la Caixa" and is a pioneering initiative for training adapted to groups with special difficulties that allow qualified and qualified training for the improvement of employability and for the development of a work activity.
The Incorpora Training Points offer to the beneficiaries a minimum technical professional training, the development and improvement of competences, and non-work practices in the company.
Actions of the project
Specifically, from the Ramon Noguera Foundation we offer a basic 300-hour power operations course that began on February 12 and is scheduled to end in May. Training is being given to a total of 15 people with intellectual disability and unemployment, aged between 18 and 50 years old and with a degree of disability that ranges from 33% to 65% until reaching , in some cases, to degrees of more than 65% disability. At this time the group consists of 12 men and 3 women.
