This March, Aliments Onyar, a social project of the Ramon Noguera Foundation , is participating in the new edition of the Food Fair 2024 which will take place from March 18 to 21 at the Gran Via Complex in Barcelona.
From the workshop of the Ramon Noguera Foundation and under the Aliments Onyar brand, we produce organic and local products in an artisanal way. We specialize in fresh pastas and pizzas, vegan vegetable sauces and pâtés, preserves and products from the dried fruit range.
What do we offer you?
FRESH PASTA
All our pastas are made with organic durum wheat semolina. If you haven't tasted them before, we'll just tell you that this type of grain is the favorite of great experts in Italian cuisine, who prefer it when preparing their dishes thanks to its aromas and quality.
But not only that!
Since most of our fresh pasta is filled (with vegetables, mushrooms, meat or cheese), we select the ingredients at the source in order to obtain the best flavors in the mouth. In addition, we do not add preservatives, colorings or additives in order to preserve the tastes and nutrients of each ingredient.
FRESH PIZZAS
Handcrafted from sourdough and organic flours, km0 ingredients and pre-cooked in a wood-fired oven, you will enjoy a thin and crunchy base full of flavor in each bite.
You will find something for all tastes, from the most classic options to vegan varieties (delicious!).
TINNED FOOD & SHIITAKE
Our preparations and preserves are organic products ideal for accompanying and dressing dishes. From calçots and romesco sauces, vegetable pâtés or candied tomatoes, all products have the right natural ingredients to enjoy all the flavor.
In addition, the entire range of products is suitable for a vegan line.
DRIED FRUITS AND DEHYDRATED FRUIT
So that you can maintain energy all day with a healthy snack that provides you with vitamins, minerals and omega 3.
We give priority to the origin of the products, which always come from certified organic crops. We select them taking into account their organoleptic properties and pack them in 100% recyclable bags perfect for taking everywhere.
